Chalet des Marmottes: "Les Menuires"

Recently built chalet ( 2003 ).On the ground floor you will find a hallway with toilet, a spacious living room with sitting area and dining table, fire place, TV/DVD combination and a CD-stereo set. Each chalet enjoys a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and an oven. The lower ground has a washing machine. Some chalets have a skistore room outside.7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms . The lower ground floor has three bedrooms of which one has an ensuite bathroom with shower and sink. On this floor there is also a separate bathroom with shower and sink and a separate WC. The ground floor has one bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower and also a separate toilet. The first floor has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 

LOCATION : Situated in Preyerand, in a luxury chalet complex. The town center of Les Menuires is at about 500 m. A minute walk will be enough to join the ski run wich leads you to the lifts ( Tortollet and Rocher Noir ). The balcony, facing the south offers a nice view.

FACILITIES : Bread delivery , catering service on demand, even for 1 meal. Minibus service to join the meeting point for your ski lessons ( for the beginners mainly ) or to bring the little ones to the crèche.

HOUSE RULES :  - non smoking chalet. No ski boots inside.
